(Cytoscape) What is app for miRNA-mRNA interaction?

Hello, I studied cytoscape's manual recently. I want to analyze several miRNAs with mRNAs. In addition, I have only name list that contains miRNAs and mRNAs. So, Cytoscape app that contains online-database is very important. What app is for analyze miRNAs with mRNAs?

I'm not aware of a database that specifically has miRNA-mRNA interactions. CyTargetLinker might be helpful if you have a starting network and you want to extend it with regulatory information (e.g. miRNA), but I don't know of any apps beyond that. If you are aware of a database that has what you want, we might be able to guide you in downloading results from it into Cytoscape.
