tools for miRNA target prediction in plants

Hello everyone,

I have list of miRNAs and mRNAs from grapevine plant (sequences in fasta format). I want to know miRNA targeting mRNA in that data. Before I was using psRNA target online server, but that server is no more functional. Most of the online tools I am finding are for animals.

Can anyone suggest me tools for miRNA target prediction in plants?
