(Cytoscape) MCODE ERROR

I used Cytoscape app MCODE, so I checked 'In Whole Network, and not manipulated other values. So, default value is selected. And, click Analyze Current Network button, but warring pop-up appeared, and pop-up said "The parameters you specified have not changed". How to solve this problem?

We would need a little more information about your network. Do you get the same error if you use clusterMaker2's MCODE implementation?
