Hi, I am using CLC workbench for RNA seq analysis. I downloaded the reference genome and annotation (gbff) file from NCBI. How do I convert the gbff file into gtf file?

This is a quite commonly asked question, in other words have you looked around for an answer already? google? ("convert genbank to gtf/gff")
Alternatively you can download the annotation in GFF(3) format (and convert that one).
