HISAT2: Required GTF file of LENTINULA EDODES
hi there, I am recently working on RNA transcriptome analysis and had encountered a problem with the reference genome of Lentinula edodes. its seems GTF file is not available and only Gbff file is there. I am unable to find a solution how to extract/ convert the fasta file so as to be used with Cufflinks/hisat2 for genome based reference. your help will be appreciated.
