Is it possible to convert gff file from JGI to gbff format?
Hi community,
I am using a code that needs gbff file format for all the genome. I could get this easily from NCBI, however, JGI provides gff file. Is it possible to convert gff file to gbff? These genomes are not available in NCBI and I must use JGI data. I would appreciate your help.
