EC2KEGG tool to compare metabolic paths

Hi everyone, does anyone have ever used EC2KEGG software tool for comparing metabolic paths ? The question is how do i start to use it ? I downloaded it from here https://sourceforge.net/projects/ec2kegg/ but i can't figure it out how to use it
