I have had quite a bit of difficulty installing PEER on my mac, but succeeded in downloading and installign an r-peer docker version available here :https://quay.io/repository/biocontainers/r-peer?tab=tags. However, I have never used docker and can't figure out how to access it. I can open the image and start a container running in docker, but how do I then use R to employ the program? Can anyone provide any assistance? Many thanks!
