changing snp id in PLINK binary files
Hi, I have GWAS data as PLINK binary files that, unfortunately, have some of the SNPs entered with custom IDs. My question is - is it enough to change custom IDs to std format (rs ID) in the .bim file for PLINK software to work properly? Thank you for your help _Andy
