FastQC Failed to create archive: null
Hi, I installed java successfully on my windows machine.
Then I installed Fastqc and ran a BAM file through it.
It succesfully ran through all the sequences, but when I try to save the .html file it comes up with this "Failed to create archive: null."
Help!
