how to perform interaction and binding site between lncRNA and mRNA?

I have null hypotheses that lncRNA and mRNA have a correlation according to many articles and I couldn't find any database for lncRNA and mRNA to know which site they are binding... anyone can help me, please

There is a correlation at gene expression levels/transcription between mRNA and it's putative lncRNA but other than that, there are several mechanisms about lncRNA function. I did not understand "binding" part. Do you mean the lncRNA binding to it's target mRNA ?

thank you for replying me sir, I found so many interaction databases about micRNA and their binding with other genes same as miRanda, TargetScan and PicTar. so what I want, it's about lncRNA targeting mRNA to indicate the binding site between in these two genes(lncRNA and mRNA) THANK YOU
