How can I get three letter organism code for cavia porcellus?

Hello All, I need three letter organism code for cavia porcellus for GO analysis. I have checked many times in KEGG site but I couldn't find it. Please anyone help me in this regard

I wasn't able to find it as well. In the search I stumbled upon this page in which the organism is listed as:

ag  Addendum (Cavia porcellus)

I do not know what this exactly means, but I am afraid it is not a good news!

I don't think there are general rules on this, those 3letter codes have just grown over time.

People often take first letter of first word and first 2 letters of second word. CPO would thus work for this. However you can imagine that this quickly runs into issues as there are loads of species that will end up with the same 3 letter code, so then alternatives need to be proposed.
