WGCNA for lncRNA and mRNA paired pearson corelation
I need to find lncRNA and mRNA pair wise Pearson correlation and then build network on it and then compare one group to another
I used WGCNA by its tutorial examples these examples take only deals with mRNA and one file ? how I can compare Add to dictionary and mRNA using WGCNA tutorial for correlation and network building ??? any pointed method or tutorial please guide and share
