Dear all,

I would like to investigate the possible interaction of a given lncRNA with miRNAs and genes in rat. While there are various databases containing the information about lncRNA-miRNA in human and mouse, I couldn't find any database for rat. Considering the high conservation of miRNAs, could you please tell me if I can use the related information of mouse for rat?

Also, please kindly let me know how I can find the co-expressed genes or miRNA with the lncRNA of interest? Any suggestions, please!
