Finding simple sequence repeat (SSR) on differentially expressed RNA-seq reads

Hi everybody,

I found differentially expressed genes and miRNA derived from Illumina mRNA-seq and miRNA-seq experiments, respectively. Now, I would like to find simple sequence repeat (SSR) on these differentially expressed reads. Is there anybody with such experience, please let me know how I can do this task. Any comment and idea is welcomed and greatly appreciated.
