Using VMD to determine ligand binding site

Hi everyone, I'm a beginner of VMD. I want to ask how can we use VMD to find a ligand binding site. I have already find the ligand and look for the way to identify the binding site but it is so hard to find. I search in Internet but no instructions is availble. If anyone has an experience using VMD, can you help me please??

You need to use a docking software like autodock to find out ligand binding site to protein. You can visualize the results in VMD.
