gene expression database related to bone, e.g, bone area

I am trying to downloading some databases which contain both genotype(SNP) and gene expression (RNA-seq). These databases should contain some traits related to bone, especially for bone area.

Is there anyone who knows the databases? Where can I download them?

What sort of overlap are you looking for among the samples for whom these "traits", SNPs and RNAseq are known?
