Thank you very much for the answer
Hello everyone, I'm trying to download the database nr and it is still downloading in fact and its size is actually 100Gb
So I think this is a good question for those who want to know how to estimate the disk space needed to download all the fasta file?
So if anyone knows where I can find this information, that would be great (I mean in fasta format).

If you look at the corresponding compressed fasta file for nr in this directory it is ~80G, compressed. So expect the size to balloon further, when you uncompress the file. Size of the uncompressed nr pre-formatted blast database is ~ 390GB as of today.
The BIRCH system has a comprehensive point and click system for installing, managing and searching BLAST databases on your local computer. The documentation for local blast databases is found at http://home.cc.umanitoba.ca/%7Epsgendb/birchadmin/blastdb/BLASTDB.html. The link "Figuring out Disk Space Needs" shows how you can get a spreadsheet summarizing, for each NCBI database, the compressed file sizes, as well as an estimated decompressed size, based on empirically determined decompression ratios for each database.
You can see this in action in the YouTube video Installing BLAST Databases
