BPGA Functional Analysis not working
Hi, I have been using BPGA (Bacterial Pan Genome Analysis) to analyze a set of genomes in order to investigate both the pan-genome (core, accessory and unique genes) and the functional differences between the different strains.
However, when trying to call the functional analysis, I get a File Error (cog.udb and usearch.exe missing). Usearch, I am sure I have it in the folder. But I have no idea of what cog.udb is and where to find it.
Any idea? Or alternative software to perform the functional analysis?
