BPGA cause problem during running

I am facing a problem when I am running BPGA . cog.udb and usearch.exe file not found.And copy missing files to current folder these two things came up while I am running my BPGA in window what should i do?

Mind that usearch.exe is not actually usearch.exe.exe
Quickly check this from file properties.
