Hi,

I am working with BPGA (Bacterial Pan Genome Analysis) on my Windows system. The analysis runs without errors, but I am only receiving the plots Core_phylogeny.pdf and pan_phylogeny.pdf. The output includes three .plt files: kegg_plots.plt,plots_dot.plt, and cog_plots.plt, but not generating it's plots.

How can I obtain the following additional plots?

(a) Gene family frequency spectrum (b) New gene family distribution after sequentially adding each genome to the analysis (c) Kegg and cog plots I also have the following supporting files in the folder: - kegg_core_out.txt - UNIQUE_COG_hits3.txt - UNIQUE_kegg_hits3.txt

What should I do?
