How to reduce the number of genes for WGCNA analysis?
Dear all! I am doing WGCNA analysis on a 4 Gb RAM laptop. I cant do the analysis for all genes as my RAM does not allow for it. On what basis should I choose a subset of genes to do the analysis for?
