Hi Folks,

I have done overrepresentation enrichment analysis (ORA) using online tool WebGestalt. In this analysis I only got the enrichment in the cellular component category and not in the other two (biological process and molecular function).

I have also done this analysis by using other means such as PANTHER but I found similar results.

What these results signify? Is there any particular reason for this or I am doing something wrong. I am unable to conclude anything, please help me with your valuable suggestions.
