Hi,
I am running GO enrichment analysis powered by PANTHER using the website "Gene Ontology Resource".
I ran the analysis some months before and by default it showed the results of:
Analysis Type: PANTHER Overrepresentation Test (Released 20210224)
Annotation Version and Release Date: GO Ontology database DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.4735677 Released 2021-05-01
Now when I am running PANTHER, by default it is showing results of:
Analysis Type: PANTHER Overrepresentation Test (Released 20220202) Annotation Version and Release Date: GO Ontology database DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.5725227 Released 2020-11-01
There are some differences between the two and I want to see my previous results. Is there any way I can access the findings from the previous version?
