Mya calculation for estimation of evolutionary time scale

Dear all,

Can somebody suggest me programs or software to calculate the Mya (age in millions) for individual genes and/or for the organism to predict evolutionary time scale.

I am not sure to understand your question ? Do you want to calculate the age of divergence between two homologous sequences ?
