Hello all,

I tried to plot circles in MCScanX. My input was

java circle_plotter -g ../ca_new.gff -s ../ca_new.collinearity -c ../circle_ca.ctl -o output_PNG_file

but it returns "Reading gff error: 1"

My gff file is as follows and they are tab separated

Somebody advice me how to tackle this issue.
