lncRNA-RNA interaction tool

hi, is there any tool or software for predicting plant lncRNA-RNA interaction at large scale? I have seen lncTAR but it does not take whole RNA (35k not even 1k) at a time. can you people suggest me other tools for lncRNA and RNA interaction?
