HLA-VBseq for detecting HLA type using RNA-Seq inputs
Dear Biostar users.
HLA-VBseq is tool for detecting HLA type from WXS and WGS data.
But Some journal, they used HLA-VBseq using RNA-seq inputs.
So, I have questions at this point.
Can I use identical pipeline for RNA-seq inputs or DNA-seq inputs?
