Seq2HLA for detecting HLA type using RNA-seq
Dear biostar users.
I'm using seq2HLA for detecting hlatype.
This program includes references.
But this reference is too old.
In this seq2HLA, they downloaded ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/imgt/mhc/hla/ nucleotide sequences. and they extracted some sequences and processed.
did you use reference that seq2HLA's reference, when you used this tool?
