hi; I'm search on some cancer biomarkers nucleotide that i can used for define and detect the cancer types!!! and want to find some significant genes that can use to detect some disease that not Hereditary. so any help !!!

The question is not clear for me. But you can refer to this paper Cancer biomarkers. In sections Identification of a potential biomarker and Steps in the development of a candidate biomarker. The paper it self is old but it will give you good start.
