Hi,

for my project, I would like to check for 260,000 sequences, how big the Gibbs free energy for the formation of an RNA dublex with one single RNA strang would be. I didn't find a way to do this with the mfold programm and couldn't find anything with google.

All sequences are 11 nucleotides long and only consit of A, U, G and C.

Do you maybe know a programm or general way, how to calculate the Gibbs free energy for all the different duplexes?
