Alternative to Jmodeltest?

There somo alternative for Jmodeltest?I want to find another tool that makes the same process,because I don't get use it in my windows notebook.

I would rather try to fix the problem you are experiencing. As it is a java program it might be the easiest option to get to run on windows. MEGA has an option for testing substitution models, but it is not as comprehensive, but will run out of the box on windows (most likely).

You could try to use modeltest within MEGA. It is quite user friendly.
