Mutation that induces another mutation in another place
A mutation that "induces" another one? How is this named to? I have a mutation in RNAss virus in nucleotide 450(pontual mutation) then,the previus jobs say about one mutation that is "activated" by this pontual mutation in position 400?what the name of this process?
OBS:The mutation occur in the antigenic region of the protein

It is not clear what exactly the question is and if it is bioinformatics related.in this region there was the aminoacid change (N for S) and another jobs say this mutation in not responsible for the resistance of the virus to monoclonal antibody, used to treat disease.This resistance is caused by another mutation in position 400 and this last one is "induced"by the first one.
