IHMP downloads - how?

Hey. I need to download some data from HMPdacc.org from my cart... I tried install ascp but my mac and ubuntu says

ascp: command not found.

Tried aspera connect but its seems not the program I looking for...

Please help, Spend with it so many days :(

I add path and source but something wrong

I just add ./ before ascp when I'm using ascp ;)
