Detect small deletion
Hi all!
I just need an advice: I have to investigate on small deletions that cause a various diseases, and in particular in prenatal testing. Which software could I use? Is there a software where you can insert a list of genes to investigate for this microdeletions?

This is typically not recommended as it runs the risk of annoying people in both communities.
If you are sequencing the whole genome then you would have to align against the whole genome and then perhaps use something like ABRA to do microassemblies/realignment of the data.
