HOMER on AWS

Dear all,

I have installed HOMER (homer.ucsd.edu) on AWS (in the folder /FRIDAY/SOFTWARE) by using :

**configureHomer.pl -install**

When I am testing various scripts, I am getting the message :

**

-bash-4.2$ ./makeTagDirectory --help
    !!! HOMER not configured properly!!!!
    !!! Could not open /FRIDAY/SOFTWARE/.//config.txt !!!

Any suggestions please ?
