regarding otu network
Hi please help me out here 1. I have create an otu network now i want to name three samples how can i do that 2. And secondly how can i save the otu network image after preparing it in cytoscape so that later on the same will be used in paper.

What you're asking for is unclear. You want to name samples, but only you know what the samples are. As for saving an image in Cytoscape, use the menu File > Export > Network view as graphics.
