How to draw PPI modules with Cytoscape
Hi, I am in a project of PPI and need to summarize a long list of statistically significant modules in the background network. Can any one help with how to draw graphs (maybe using cytoscape) as shown in the attached figure.
Please let me know the software name and how to find commend/functional botton to do the figure. Many thanks.
