Hi, They are two common picture about DNA methylome and almost in every article, so It's a common question. The first is about TE, and the second is about Gene. They depict the methylation level about TE and Gene and there upstream and downstream. As we all konw, whole genome bilsulfite sequencing we can get the methyled C level, but how to draw these two picture.

I mean, there are different TE/gene length, so it must be normalized, but how to make it work. Anyone have ideas? Thx ;-)
