Best tool for Circular genome visualization and labelling the selected genes.

Hello people,

Which is the best tool for viewing the genome in a circular form? I tried working with dnaplotter, but it is not so good when it comes to labelling a particular gene in genome.

can anyone please suggest some good tools ?

Hello,

Circos is a great tool http://circos.ca/ , we use it a lot.

Recently, we developed a tool called CircosVCF for generating circos plot for variations with the option to add annotations If you are interested also with this kind of analysis you are welcome to try it:
