Tools to compare genome annotations ?
Hello,
can anyone recommend me some good tools to compare annotations of the same microbial genome with different annotation programmes ? I tried the script compare_annotations https://github.com/rrwick/Compare-annotations but it is buggy as hell. So if anyone knows similar tools please do tell.
