Hi,

After searching on internet I found this Tools called PGAP which comes under the top two Pan genome analysis tool. As I was using it, I found out that, apart from pan genome It can also perform the evolution,variation and function analysis but I'm not getting any output for these except for Pan genome analysis.

And when the process starts, it shows (NO) for the others and yes for the Pan genome analysis.

Please Help ...
