Seeking feedback from users of PGAP2
Hey, I am planning to perform large scale pan-genome analysis in prokaryotic genomes. I had considered panaroo before, but now this PGAP2 paper is out and it shows superior performance in the article. So now I am confused. Has anybody used this tool and if yes, could you please give your feedback on the same?
