Using phosphonormalizer in phosphoproteomics experiments

Hello,

I am trying to use the phosphonormalizer package. This package is used to normalized samples that are enriched. However, in order to normalize the enriched sample, the non-enriched sample is also needed. Is anyone aware of an experiment that is resulted in both enriched and non-enriched datasets?
