where is latest omim.txt.Z?

I can only find the old version at the ftp server: ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/repository/OMIM/ARCHIVE/omim.txt.Z

May I ask where is the latest version? Or we have to use API to get the records now?

OMIM is no longer part of the NCBI.

I'm not even sure, this file omim.txt.Z is still generated: https://omim.org/downloads/
