loading/accessing older GO.db using GO.db in R
I am interested in accessing old versions of GO.db. I want to use this one database. How can I use it in R using GO.db package?
When I use GOBPOFFSPRING, it does not find some GO ID for the new version of database. I need to use old version of database for accessing old GO ID which is not present in current database. Please help.
