Unable to understand how to get the set of GOSlim bioloical processes?
In my work, I faced problem with finding the GOsilm biological processes. I collected a yeast data set containing 6100 genes with 93 samples. Sample dataset are in this link. I downloaded the goslim terms by SGD from here and yeast annotation from here , gene ontology from here.
Recently I found a topic, in which it told that it got the 32 GOSlim biological processes defined by SGA. Here Sample GOSlim biological processes.
I already checked GO Slim Mapper, GO Term Finder. I am unable to understand how I can get this? Any ideas ?
