Hi

I know I can download old ensembl releases on their archive site. Does anybody know where I could find archives of NCBI gene annotation data?

The current version can be found here - But where could I find an older annotation release - say version 100?

Hey Michael,

If you mean different genome annotation releases, here is the location for humans.

However, if you want to track changes for specific genes, it is better that you use NCBI sequence revision history.

Cheers.
