aligner POA no longer active?

I tried using poa (tool for multiple sequence alignment using partial order graphs) as found on Ubuntu software repository and keep getting error messages about using too much memory.

What happened to their link http://www.bioinformatics.ucla.edu/poa ?

Does anyone know where can I find the latest (or at least working) version of poa since the only available version I could find is from 2006 and not functional?

You could try ABA, on their paper they claim some improvements over POA.

edit: scratch ABA, dead link as well. Maybe PAGAN? Paper here.
