Does imputed data need experimental validation in GWAS study?
Hello, Today my co-worker asked me to validate my imputation result in GWAS study, e.g. to use Sequenom or TaqMan to test genotype of each top imputated markers? I don't think it necessary because I have never seen one done this before. Am I right ? Thank.
